Visit app.nicolearcha.com and create an account using the same email address you used to purchase on NicoleArcha.com.

 

This is important — your access is linked to that email.

Once you verify your email and log in, your membership content will be available. If you purchased an Academy membership, also visit academy.nicolearcha.com and create a second account using the same email.

This almost always means the email you registered with does not match the email you used to purchase. It is the most common reason access does not unlock automatically.

Email us at info@nicolearcha.com with two things: (1) the email you purchased with, and (2) the email you registered with. We will verify your order and fix your access within 1–2 business days.

I never received a confirmation or welcome email.
Check your spam or promotions folder first — it ends up there more than we would like.

If it is not there, go to app.nicolearcha.com, click Log In, then use the Forgot Password option. Entering your email there will trigger a new verification message. If you still do not receive anything within 10 minutes, email us at info@nicolearcha.com.

Go to app.nicolearcha.com → click Log In → click Forgot Password → enter your email → check your inbox for a reset link.

The link expires in 24 hours. If it expires before you use it, repeat the same steps to receive a new one.

Step 1 — Confirm you are at the right place. The Academy lives at academy.nicolearcha.com — not the same address as the HelpMate App.

Step 2 — Confirm you are logged in with the same email you used to purchase on NicoleArcha.com.

Step 3 — Log out completely and log back in. If courses are still not showing after logging back in, email us at info@nicolearcha.com with your purchase email and your Academy login email. We will resolve it within 1–2 business days.

Yes. The HelpMate App runs in your browser and can be added to your home screen so it feels like a native app.

iPhone or iPad: Open app.nicolearcha.com in Safari → tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen → tap Add to Home Screen → tap Add.

Android: Open app.nicolearcha.com in Chrome → tap the three-dot menu in the top right → tap Add to Home Screen → tap Add.

Memberships are managed through NicoleArcha.com.

Log in to your account at nicolearcha.com → go to My Subscriptions → select the membership you want to cancel.

Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. For refund questions or anything else related to billing, email info@nicolearcha.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

How to access each platform

1. Visit app.nicolearcha.com in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer.


2. New members: Click Create Account and enter your name, email, and a password. Use the same email you purchased with.


3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your account.


4. Log in and complete the short welcome questions. Your content will be ready when you arrive.


--Returning members: Click Log In and enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen.

--Course Curriculum

HelpMate Academy

1. Visit academy.nicolearcha.com in any browser.


2. Click Create Account and use the same email you used to purchase your membership on NicoleArcha.com. This is what connects your purchase to your Academy access.


3. Verify your email and log in. Your enrolled courses will appear in your dashboard.


If you have an Academy membership, you will need to create accounts on both platforms — the App and the Academy — using the same email for both.
