We deserve to feel good about ourselves. The only way we can do that is to get up and do something. Anything is better than nothing at all… but only pertaining to exercise. Cause we don’t settle…My health tip for today… Big girls especially listen the hardest part of losing weight is exercise. Any movement burns calories. Big Girls are Secret Exotic Dancers in their mind and heart. So big girls dance around your house. Twerk, dance, train to do a split. Those thighs, azz, and stomach will move and clap. But who cares. If you lazy lay on the floor put your legs on the wall (make sure your feet clean or you have on socks so you don’t get the wall dirty) stretch and lift them legs. You don’t need weights your fat is heavy enough. Learn a sexy dance routine. Stretch them legs open and rotate them in a circular motion. Pretend you are preparing for your Sexy Dancer audition. You can find a cute out fit but hell what you have on is fine. Just get up and move that booty when you want to. 5 songs of twerking is about 15 or 20 minutes. Go hard you will sweat. And drink apple cider vinegar 2 or 3 cap fulls in a “red cup” or 16 oz cup of water. Simple weight loss startup plan just for you. P.S if you have a man he will be watching you… which is good cause you want that encouragement and all men love sexy. Trust me this works. You have to start some where. No one is meant to be overweight we do that to ourselves. I will post more to help with emotional eating and binge eating.
